These terms govern ACT25 Personal SMS, a private, non-marketing SMS/MMS program used by the account owner to communicate with a personal AI assistant.

Program description

Messages may include conversational AI responses, requested reminders, requested notifications, service-related information, and other messages initiated for the account owner's personal use. The program is not used for advertising, lead generation, or unsolicited outreach.

Consent

The account owner opts in by explicitly adding their own mobile number to the service configuration as an authorized recipient and sender. The account owner may also initiate a conversation by messaging the designated program number.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on use. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, no further program messages should be sent unless the account owner explicitly re-enrolls the number.

Help

Reply HELP for help. The account owner can also review the service configuration and documentation associated with this private program.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

The service is intended for lawful, private personal use. It must not be used for spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or other unlawful activity.

No emergency use

The service is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon for urgent or safety-critical communications.
