Consent / Message Flow
ACT25 Personal SMS is a private program with one intended recipient: the account owner. There is no public marketing list or customer signup flow.
How consent is obtained
The account owner explicitly opts their own mobile number in by adding it to the private messaging system configuration as the only authorized recipient and inbound sender. The configuration uses an allowlist so the service does not intentionally send messages to unrelated phone numbers.
Nature of messages
- Conversational replies to messages from the account owner.
- Reminders or notifications explicitly requested by the account owner.
- Service-related responses associated with the private AI assistant.
Controls
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. The number can also be removed from the private allowlist to terminate authorization.
Marketing
The service is not used for advertising, promotions, lead generation, purchased lists, affiliate marketing, or unsolicited outreach.
