Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information is handled for ACT25 Personal SMS, a private messaging service used by the account owner.
Information processed
The service may process the account owner's mobile phone number, message content, delivery metadata, timestamps, and technical information needed to send, receive, secure, and troubleshoot SMS/MMS communications.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the personal messaging service, generate and deliver requested conversational responses, reminders and notifications, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service issues.
Mobile information and consent data
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, including telecommunications, hosting, and AI infrastructure providers. These disclosures are not for third-party marketing.
Message frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency varies according to the account owner's use of the service. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention
Information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service, subject to the retention practices of infrastructure and telecommunications providers.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Because this program is intended for a single private account owner, removing the authorized number from the service configuration also ends program use.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service or its infrastructure changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
